Frequently Asked Questions

Carnatic Music, South Film Music, Hindustani Music, Bollywood Singing, Piano, Guitar and Western Vocal, all taught live and 1:1 online for kids. Each course follows Artium's four-level Globally Recognised Music Programme, from Preparatory to Advanced.

Every class is live, online and 1:1 with your child's teacher over video, so the teacher can correct your child in real time. There are no pre-recorded lessons.

Classes are scheduled in your local time (UK time (GMT / BST)): mornings around 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM (before school), afternoons around 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM and evenings around 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Weekend slots run through Saturday and Sunday, and lessons fit around term dates and half-term breaks.

Fees depend on the course and level, and each course page lists every level's fee. The first class is a free trial.

There is no fixed starting age. In the free trial the teacher meets your child, checks their readiness and recommends the right starting level.

Yes. Every level ends with an Artium Certification, aligned with Ofqual standards. Piano and guitar students can also prepare for Trinity College London and RSL graded exams, and piano students for ABRSM too.
